They’re not very accurate! You’re supposed to add 2 weeks to the result. I got 1-2 weeks when I was 4 weeks pregnant. I had my scan 8 weeks later and was confirmed 12 weeks. Don’t test too much, I did and it drove me crazy!
I think the 2-3 is weeks since conception so doesn’t actually go off how many weeks you are? I was in the same boat as you and had X2 2-3 weeks and got scared too, but I didn’t get my first 3+ until I was about 6 and a half weeks pregnant x
