Severe morning sickness

So I’ve recently found out that I’m pregnant with my second child I already have a beautiful 2 year old girl. For some reason I more nervous about this pregnancy than I was with my first baby. Morning sickness is kicking my ass and I’ve lost 10 kg in the 3 weeks due to not being able to keep food down. Any suggestions for morning sickness or any food recommendations for upset stomach as I need to eat because I’m pregnant but I’m throwing everything up

You need to see a gp as it sounds like you have hyperemesis. He’ll likely test your urine for dehydration and you’ll possibly need a hospital admission for fluids (that was my experience) then anti sickness meds for when you’re home. Are you able to keep water down??

I have same problem,but Im nearly 12 weeks now and I have morning sickness from 6 weeks every day,but just not throwing up,very rare..Doctor prescripted medicine but not help at all:((

@Sarah yes I am keeping water down and liquids down but not food most times I throw up to the point it’s just stomach acid coming out sorry for the TMI

@Julija I’m 9 weeks and the doctors hasn’t prescribed anything for it yet but my midwife is concerned with all the weight loss

how much did you lost? I lost 6 kg at the moment and im not sure if its concern as i had too much extra weight..

@Julija I’ve lost 10kg so far which isn’t ideal

Mine was terrible, I had to go on medication. Ginger tea & ginger biscuits helped a little. Keep a note on your phone of what you eat and if it makes you throw up or not. Wishing you well x
