I dont qnd whatever i can get from cafeteria at hospital
@Michelle workouts on YouTube at home or whenever you can. And start packing a lunch. Buy a juicer. Watch your carbs. Intermittent fasting. I def wouldn’t try ozempic without an effort. 1. It’s a new trend (for people without diabetes). Why expose your body to that of it’s not needed. 2. Your health doesn’t change without changing your habits. Remember you want longevity not temporary results. 3. My family is heavy set any one who use bypass or ozempic does not look good to me. Working out and eating right has better results. ❤️
Maybe workout and eat right. 40 days then add ozempic for a boost. That way habits are there
Id love to know if ozempic would work I’ve never been so heavy in my life since menopause
I use the ozempic and I also have clients on it , pros it help you lose the weight faster , you have to change your mindset about the you food and your health . I encourage my clients to start working out and start changing their diet. It’s a lot that goes with the shot , just educate yourself and ask questions first before you start .
I was gaining so much. I started zepbound and Stepbet walking challenges and it helped so much. If you do add it focus on protein and fiber. Also check out a nutritionist. More and more insurance companies are covering appointments. I I went with an online company called UseNourish. I was able to find someone that I felt like would fit with me and my ideals and at the same time help me focus healing my relationship with food.
Anyone tried hers weight loss?
Do you got to the gym? What are you eating?
