My midwife gave me some to specifically put in my bath, a smelling pot, and a pot for perineal massage. she explained that nothing might happen, it’s all in your head of if you really want it to work it will🙂 safe to say it changed nothing for me, it just smelt terrible
I can't remember fully but I think you aren't supposed to because it's not good to go directly into your skin maybe? And I think it doesn't dissolve into water well so it'll just sit in blobs in the bath. I dissolved it up in milk first and then put that mixture into the bath
