I wouldn’t worry until you have the scan. Midwives measure based on your bump but that’s not a good indicator of how big baby is. Eg my bump measurements put me very small / 5th percentile but scans say he’s smack bang in the middle. Different midwives measure from different places in my experience so get wildly different results! If they do a scan and think baby is big they might just suggest baby comes out a bit early (c section or induction usually). You don’t have to do this and people have very different views on whether this is necessary (suggest you speak to doctors / midwives / doulas if you end up getting there!).

Not much happens tbh this happened to me last time, large bump, sent for growth scans baby was absolutely fine just measuring on the 98th percentile, no intervention born at 9lb at 40 weeks x

I wouldn't worry too much. I went in for reduced movements the other week and they measured me and said I hadn't grown in 2 weeks so referred me for a growth scan. (I was 29 at 28 and 29 at 30). Had scan. Got told she's actually above average and not small. 4 days later my own midwife measured my bump and put me at 34! Which would have meant I'd ballooned by 5 cm in 4 days! The measurements with a tape measure are pretty arbitrary and can be notoriously inaccurate which is why they refer to the scan. Don't worry until you get the scan!
