Once again I'm targeted to bully towards me from my ex he openly snap chat saying I'm crazy put a picture of a clown saying I'm a clown and that I'm playing the victim narcissistic behavior with out his causes of stress I don't deserve it

He's projecting. When he says or does something, he's using your storyline to make himself the victim. He's the clown and he knows it. So he's pretending to be fine and make you the asshat when deep down he knows his dumbass is the clown.
my childs father calls me a clown too .. its his favourite thing other than dumbass etc
