Mum guilt

I’m deciding to stop breast feeding after 7 weeks I have a 2 year old aswell and gone back to work this week Is it normal to be crying constantly every time I even think about breast feeding and stopping and every time it gets close to a feed I say I’m going to give formula but get way to upset and go back to boob
