first workout today at 8wks ppm!!

i finally did it!! i went to the gym!! i walked on a 10 incline for 10 min (my goal was 30 but i could nottt do that 🤣) then practiced my form for bulgarian squats, goblin squats, and hip thrusts! was too scared to use weight cuz im such a newbie i wanted to master my form first. hopefully the beginning of my workout journey! i really want to tone my belly, build muscle in my back/biceps, and build that booty shelf 🍑🍑 , if anyone has tips and advice please comment 🙏🙏
