Braxton hicks?
I’m in bed lying on the side, every now and again I have some period like cramps (very bareable), my bump goes hard as well, it’s happening relatively frequently but I’m not timing it. I am wondering if it’s just part of pregnancy pains (or even at this stage) or if this could actually be the start of labor? 39w+4d today (due Oct 5). Also sometimes the sensation gives me the idea I need to go toilet for a poo!

I have the same due date, and have had a very similar thing happening today. Braxton hicks are not new for me but these are a little strong (still not painful really) but very regular like I will have them every 4 mins for an hour then they stop
I did just fall asleep (and woke up again now). I think same continues nothing new!
Could be the very early stages of labor. I have Braxton hicks daily and have since 18 weeks with all of my pregnancies, but only early real labor contractions will I compare to period cramps
Time them for sure do not 💩 sounds like contractions as well . I had my girl Oct 2nd

I think that’s labor lol , try drinking some water and standing up if it is Braxton hicks it will stop if it doesn’t that’s actual labor ! Congrats !!
