Hey ladies! I have been on a body movement and intuitive eating lifestyle change since the beginning of January 2024. I am so glad that I took my time to process my goals/desires, make a plan and then made up my mind to be dedicated. This is how I typically go about major decisions in my life. Once my mind is made up there’s no turning back.
I didn’t go into it with a weight in mind or a “diet”. More so wanted to focus on almost daily body movement of 30 min where my heart rate raises and I work up a sweat and 80:20 Whole Foods ratio while being in a calorie deficit.
I feel SO much lighter and stronger (even though those seem like opposites lmao). My motivation goes up and down but dedication has persisted over the last 10 months.
I have lost about 25-30lbs but have definitely gained muscle and recompositioned my body. I’m so excited to see what’s to come and to keep up with this. I love avenues for accountability and this group will be a great addition.
