Night feeds
My little boy normally feeds every 2/3 hours however through the night he can 4 hours without feeding, should I be feeding him every two still even if he doesn’t wake up for a feed?

My ob told me at least once a day u can go up to 4 hours
I was just told at least 8 times in 24 hours so some stretches will be shorter than 3 hours, some longer x

Hi, I was also doing every two hours because our boy lost birth weight but now he is putting it back on the midwife confirmed we can move to every three hours. I explained that he is so good and often I have to wake him for feeds at night because he loves his sleep. The midwife said to us we could leave him as long as we don’t go over four hours he should be fine, anything longer to wake him unless he wakes up before. Every baby/situation is different but as they get older/put on more weight you can leave them longer during night x
