Help

At the point where I have to choose between food and sleep. I hate it here. I wish I had help and wasn’t doing this on my own. I barely been eating since baby arrived. I only ate once today and that was around 10 this morning. I know my husband is going to be mad if I don’t eat but I’m exhausted.

It would probably be best to keep protein bars next to your bed and other snacks like that, that way you can atleast get something in your system before sleeping or to keep something in you at all times!
