Pink sick

Hello, My daughter was sick lots through the night on Sunday night, and once on Monday afternoon. She also has a cold, cough and nose running lots! I took her to the doctors and he said he thinks it’s a mixture of a stomach bug and viral infection. She was then absolutely fine on Monday she slept all night and wasn’t sick at all, and wasn’t sick at all on Tuesday day time but then last night Tuesday evening she was sick again twice through the night and it was pink. She ate blueberries and red grapes yesterday afternoon so that may be the cause but is this normal? I thought with a sickness bug she would be sick constantly until it stops not randomly on Random days? Thanks.x
