I’m having the same problem but with my 13 month old he’s never slept through the night for us, we have black out curtains, red light white noise ect, he has a snuggly he takes to bed, his bedtime is between 7:30-8:30 depending how late his nap is during the day but even that later bedtime he’s still up at 5 am every day with multiple wakes during the night, I know it’s not advice but more so that someone else knows what your going through and it is very hard! We have a sleep consultant coming to see up next week, any tips and tricks I get from her I’d be more than happy to pass over to you x
Have you tried a later bedtime or less daytime sleep?
Black out curtains? White noise? Red light? They all seem to work quite well or just a slightly later bedtime
