Pelvic/pubic pain
Omg!! It’s not unbearable but has lingered quite a few days- left side of my pubic bone is just noticeable! I thought it was because I am sleeping on left side and gaining more weight but not sure. Any ideas? Anything to help- activity and stretching?
Find a chiropractor and physical therapy place near you and go asap! I’m hypermobile so it started early for me around 20 weeks. I’m 30 weeks now and have almost no pain with regular PT and chiropractic. The basic exercises at home are a pelvic tilt and a glute bridge to get you started as well!
