Seriously sleep deprived 😴

So my LB has never been a great sleeper.. I usually get between 2.5-3.5 hour stints throughout the night. Only way I can settle him and get him back to sleep is a bottle. 3 days ago he randomly gave me 6hrs and I felt like a new woman! I was hoping it was a turning point.. anyways that was very short lived. Last night he was up every 1-1.5 hrs. 😭 I’m trying to follow the blissful baby expert daily routine (in hopes this would help) we got it down to perfection yesterday so I’m wondering why his nights are always so bad.. I thought he would be sleeping longer by now.. am I doing something wrong? 😩😭 anyone have any tips? I’m doing as much as I can with wake windows, bath and bottle him before bed, I’ve tried with a dummy but he’s not interested. He’s 10 weeks this Friday.

So I’m right in the sleepless trenches with you. Little man is super hit and miss with sleeping at night. I’ve had a couple 5 hour stretches in the 13 weeks but usually it’s around 2.5 and we have nights where it’s hourly. I’ve done so much research and we seem the be doing everything “right” but from what I’ve seen on this app and via friends who have bubs. A lot of it is luck of the draw. Some babies sleep great, others don’t. Don’t get disheartened and think you’re doing anything wrong. I’m sure you’re not! I know it’s super tough being so tired but I just keeping telling myself this is all temporary and he’ll sleep through eventually 🤍🤍 sending you sleepy baby vibes xx

I think he might be going through a leap/ sleep regression phase as my boy is similar. I will normally get 2-3 hours during the night but the last 2 nights he’s up every hour or so. I’m seeing every hour on the clock and to add salt to the wounds he had his jabs yesterday too. So he’s extra clingy 🙈 I’m hoping this is just a phase and he’ll settle back down to his routine in a day or two he already contact naps during the day as he won’t go down. He wakes as soon as I put him down but would sleep at night perfectly xx

12 weeks and best she’s ever slept is 3.5hours and that was one instance. From 8 weeks it’s generally every hour, love it when I get 2 hours💪🏻. You’re not alone and hopefully they’ll just grow out of it x
