It's a huge adjustment for little ones. Keep showing patience and understanding and it will pass. But do agree about letting nursery know in case they can make some changes as well xx
I agree with Vicky. It’s such a big adjustment and can take them time to settle down. His behaviour may be an outlet for him, nursery can be very stimulating to them so it may be him regulating. As suggested, have a chat with the nursery and explain the behaviour. They are likely to say he’s chilled there. Most children are different at nursery as frustrating as that is. My daughter eats food she refuses at home etc Give it some time for them to settle in a little bit. Wishing the best because it’s so hard to deal with
All of the above, but also could be just coinciding with a new phase in his development. My son doesn't attend nursery but the last month or so has been pretty significant in terms of changes in his behaviour, refusing naps and not sleeping as well at night. But definitely speak to the nursery about it regardless!

Oh no! Maybe have a meeting with the nursery manager and see what he’s like during the day? Might be he’s not napping or attention seeking from you as he feels he’s been abandoned/routine changed. I’m sure it will go back to normal soon - it’s just a change in dynamic and throws them out of sorts I think: Speak to nursery, see how he’s interacting during the day, what he’s eating and when he’s sleeping etc They should work together with you :)
