Anyone’s little one decided 4/5am is the time the day starts, then refuses first nap of the morning?
With that and night wakes I’m turning into a zombie 😴
I’m hoping it’s a sleep regression thing as she used to always have a great morning and lunchtime nap so I could catch my own sleep 😭

I was actually worried I’m gonna fall asleep when lay on her playmat with her this morning 🤣
Unfortunately mines the other way instead of a 7am wake up call its now between 9/10am 🙈
Us 🥲🥲 and he is not sleeping during the day either 😭
We are all over the place, up every 2 hours for a whole wake window 🤣🤦🏻♀️
