Please go and get a second opinion!! Clarks measured my LG as 4E so we got special pre walkers which she screamed every time we put them on and wouldn’t wear them…took her to Charles Clinkard and she’s a 5G🥲. Went back to Clarks to return £70 worth of shoes and they apologised and said they often hire in bulk over the summer for back to school and the staff aren’t as knowledgeable sometimes.

Definitely get a second opinion! They should be secure. We first got our son measured at the Golden Boot in Maidstone, and aside from the measuring, it's a lovely calm atmosphere and they have a little train track the kids can watch along the walls 😊
We are exactly the same so they were never worn, we ended up at another shop and they measured her completely different and said the 3G ones would never have fit x
We had the exact same thing! My boy’s feet were measured 4F but the pre walkers have never once stayed on his feet they literally just slide off 🙈
