Is this something to be worried about? What could it be from?

Is it anywhere else on their body? Any other symptoms?

Back of neck but no where else! He has reflux so can be a bit fussy anyway. But he is constipated

could possibly be cmpa? if he has reflux and gets constipated, my little boy was the same when he was a newborn and had a similar rash x
