Short naps
Anyone else’s baby just not having long naps and really light sleep so wakes up so easily?! My LG is nearly 12 weeks and doesn’t nap longer than 30 minutes! I’m wondering if this is a phase or if I need to be doing something different- she contact naps as I find this is when has longest stretches or in carrier!

@Annie Williams It’s so tiring isn’t it I can’t get anything done 😂 my little one sleeps well at night too - I’m considering already doing sleep training course so she can nap without me holding her! X
Mine has short naps unless he’s in the sling. He’ll do 2 hours in it if he’s had a big feed and some stimulation eg sensory play.
Did you try to use white noise. It helped us

My little girl is almost 10 weeks and she will fight her sleep alllll day! She barely has a nap longer than 15/20 mins during the day! It’s so draining, but apparently I should be ‘grateful’ because she sleeps around 6.5/7 hours at night! X
