TW: gross blood photo

Does this look normal? For context, I had an emergency c section end of May, stopped bleeding after a few weeks then I started bleeding again and have done continuously for about 8 weeks now. It’s only really been light but really dark down blood with lots of stringy bits in. I started the pill so thought it might have been that. But last week, I passed a piece of placenta which was confirmed by the GP. I had an ultrasound to see if there anything else but they confirmed there wasn’t. Now this morning I’ve passed the small clot and stringy blood again. Do you think this looks normal? I can’t remember what a normal period looks like now
