Anything high waisted for about 6 weeks after! I just got some from tesco in a bigger size up as I didn't want to be spending a fortune xx

I wore my pregnancy underwear for like 6 weeks, super high waisted, didn't wear anything which sat on my scar. Got mine from amazon x

I brought a multipack of cotton full briefs from Asda and they sat way over my scar, it’s important to try and prevent sweating/your scar getting wet and clammy so cotton’s a good option!x

I wore high waisted from Asda ☺️

I got full briefs from Tesco a couple of sizes bigger than my normal size x

I wore adult nappies basicially because I felt like they kept my tummy safe🥰

I’ll be getting high waisted as my first section I had normal knickers and it rubbed on my scar like mad! So I learnt from my mistakes aha x

I just bought some full briefs from primark which I love x

I wore M&S cotton full briefs after section 1, will do again for number 2 soon xx

@Diana could you share the Amazon link for those please x

The flexifit modal full briefs from M&S are fab !!

Asda full brief was best for me

I used period pants from temu!

I used disposable ones 1 size bigger than I am for the first week

I just wore primark full briefs a size bigger than what I actually am x

@Helen here you go! https://amzn.eu/d/glRIzbR

Try the Frida Mom Disposable underwear! I really liked them. But yeah, anything high waisted like some nice briefs

I got granny knickers from Asda and covered them in boots maternity pads. Was like a dream

I got the frida disposable ones this time round. There are sooo comfortable and well worth the price. I am 3 wks PP and still cant wear underwear even the granny styles ones.

Honestly you’ll want the complete opposite of smoothing and supportive, the higher and bigger the better in the first 6-8 weeks. I just got Asda full brief in 2 sizes bigger but found my maternity knickers were the least irritating on my scar

Disposable big pants for first few days (Amazon) & after that Primark do some super soft, seamless big high waisted pants. I found these so comfortable x

I bought some from BabyGo...they're postpartum for c section recovery. Although they are pricey they're also compression knickers so help with the pain too

@Lauren I’ve seen these and I did consider because of the compression that’s meant to help with swelling etc - would you recommend ? X

I really like them I find them super comfy and they help hold the stomach above the scar as my scar is still really tender. They're also period knickers 🙂
