I would just keep an eye on it to see if it spreads to other parts of body and check for high temperature or itchiness. Could be nothing but there’s hand foot & mouth disease and scarlet fever going around the UK in young children, my eldest caught scarlet fever had flu like symptoms first days before then rash started on face spreading downwards and high temperature luckily got treatment from gp in time x

The spots have been there for a couple days, more have appeared but they haven’t spread and he doesn’t seem to be itching them x

Go local pharmacy. Then make booking with gp too
