Hi I’m currently in Spain and wanting to go in the pool but it’s pretty cold I’m currently 27 + 5 pregnant am I able to?

I'm sure cold water is fine but I was told not to have hot baths or be in hot swimming pools
I don’t know what the official advice is but I was in Tenerife at the same stage of my pregnancy and swam in the very cold pools with no issues 😊
