@✨Wis 🇭🇹 ummm no this is different level for me, but everybody is diff.. I’m heavy on my nutrition right now, sleeping, exercise to stay balanced.. but breastfeeding while on my period is definitely a lot😩

@Anne i never got a break from my period, it’s been on time since I had the baby and im also EBF.. also skin issues like crazy smh
@Kiki omg thats so unfair. my postpartum skin issues were so annoying… they eventually got A LOT better. are your period symptoms worse than prepregancy?

There’s ways to regulate your hormones more. You can experience all of these things without breastfeeding, with or without a period. That’s just the territory of postpartum. But postpartum can def be ghetto 😩. Personally I feel the most hormonal when I’m on my period (came back 1year PP) but otherwise trying to get good sleep, eating a nutrient based diet (the best for postpartum healing) , continuing taking prenatals and keeping track of my hormones has helped tremendously
