Need advice for getting my toddler to stay asleep

My daughter seems to be waking up every hour and a half to 2 hours during the night and I don't know why. Most of the time she'll need boob to go back to sleep and sometimes, very few times, she'll move around making noise on and off for like 5 minutes and then be fine for a bit. She's not good at falling asleep either, I know it's not recommended for her age, but I gave her 0.5ml of melatonin and it helps her fall asleep but hasn't changed the amount of times she wakes up so I'm not using it anymore but I really want some tips on what I can do to keep her asleep I tried changing locations too, her own bed(right next to ours) and sleeping with us, no matter what it's the same thing every night.

Has she always been like this? My son who was a really good sleeper for the past week and a half has been waking up at least 6 times a night. I did some research and their is apparently a 2 year old sleep regression

@Deina I didn't know about that No, she used to be better but then we moved and I have birth to her brother and then we where forced to move again

All of that might have a play into her change of sleep. At that age I can just imagine it’s a lot to take in. She might just need a little time to adjust to her new environment and sibling. I think just being consistent and having a routine should help her get acclimated

What time is she waking up from her nap and going to bed for the night? How long does she nap for? To me it sounds like she isn’t tired enough.

@Ziva usually her nap is from like 1 to 2:30 but if I'm napping too then it's like 2 to 4 At night she'll fall asleep from around 8:30-9 when I gave the melatonin and 10-10:30 without it
