Knackered mum and dad

So my little girl is 9 months old recently she’s started going to sleep at like half 1 or half 12 on a night. She won’t sleep in her cot, only in the bed with us and she always has to have a feed to sleep. My partner works 10 hour shifts and honestly it’s a struggle atm for him. Idk if it’s her teeth or a sleep regression. Any tips or just some reassurance that it’ll change. She won’t even nap in her cot.

My son was the exact same xx it did take time but he eventually got a lot better with sleeping in the cot xx I would lay next to his cot after breast feeding and he would move around a lot until he fell asleep xx it didn't always work though 😅 eventually he got a lot better and started falling asleep by himself xxx if she is teething the she could be extra clingy and doesn't want to be alone xx

@Natalia it’s a struggle tbh I miss having the bed just me and my partner Yano. But idk I hope it gets better x

@Maria I get you xx my son still wakes up during the night especially recently because he's sick so me and my partner don't sleep in the same bed anymore because I need one of us to get a good night sleep xx it won't last forever xx they will get used to their bed just need time and patience x don't forget it's very new for them as well 😅 xx

@Natalia I know just tough as I’m a first time mum so trying to be as patient as possible. Xx

11 months next week and we're still having this struggle. 4 hours sleep I got last night
