WORST headache 😓

Yes I’ve been getting bad headaches, I find they’re worse when I’ve had a really busy physical week! Do you get them regularly? X

@Lily not really ! But as you’ve said the more active I am / stressed the worse they are ! I had a stressful and busy day yesterday so I think it’s that x

If you still have a headache in the next few days, I suggest checking your blood pressure just to make sure 😊

I’ve had the same a couple of times and it’s always correlated to when ive been really busy or stressed or haven’t been getting much sleep. I’ve had my blood pressure and urine tested a couple of times in the past couple of weeks for different reasons and they’ve always been fine x

I had same headache in my 12/13weeks But I took only paracetamol

It’s not congestion with sinus headache is it?

@Megan went to the docs yesterday checked my B.P and all other vitals she said it’s just pregnancy and my ear is a lil blocked so I’m using olive oil and sterimar nasal spray x

@Jessica I use sterimar. Get terrible headaches from my sinuses pre-pregnancy.
