Accidentally dropped the lumi white noise portable machine on newborns head 😣

Hi all, the guilt is real. My almost three week old was in her bassinet and I was just putting on her white noise when it slipped from my hand and bounced from the bassinet then on to the side of her head. She didn’t cry or seem very phased but had a red mark which is now gone. I’m now paranoid I’ve caused some kind of brain damage. (Ftm here) 😖 Has anyone else done similar? She seems fine so not sure if I should bring her to A&E or not.
