Worried about baby moving head a lot😩!

My little boy just 7 months old has really started shaking his head side to side when going to sleep, when he would fall asleep on me he would sort of rub his face side to side but the past few days lying him down into his bed to nap he really does it a lot. I’ve read a few things could be down to teething or how he is self settling but it’s really got me worried. Does anybody else’s baby do this?
