Anyone else getting like shooting pains in the top of their thighs all of a sudden? What is this?

Yeah it goes all down the inside of my pelvis, into my groin and the top of my thigh... It makes me do a stupid dance in public when trying to walk 🙈 I feel like I look like a total weirdo haha 🤣
It's the bay pressing on a nerve I think x
