I’ve gone for a selection Coco pops cereal bar for quick hit of sugar, belvita biscuits as they’re more carbs and hula hoops for a salty snack Also have lucozade sport for hydration This is my first so it may not be the right stuff but I figured I’d cover a selection

I’ve got salted hula hoops, Jacob’s crackers, dried cranberries, dried mango and lucozade sport 😄

I’ve got Sweets, cereal bars, packs of dried fruit, cheesy biscuits, lucozade sport

I gave birth this morning and I was super shakey for around a hour afterwards so definitely something to give you a sugar hit! Personally I used lucozade sport but whatever your preference is!

Someone in another group recommended cup-a-noodles because you can easily use the kettle in the ward! I thought that was a great idea.

I've got giant cheddars, squares bars, haribo, protein bars and carb gels. Also lucozade sport and a mini squash juice. Also got some pot noodles for husband if he gets desperate 😆

I brought 'brunch bars', crackers and lucozade sport drinks

Honey is really good if you’re feeling nauseous but need a sugar hit! Also would say coconut water for the electrolytes
