I do the same, unless it’s getting close to bedtime and I want her to be awake for roughly 1.5-2 hours, I will let her have a little top up!
I try to mix up the naps, one nap in crib, one contact nap, one generally I’m out and about/car/pram and then I just go with the flow when they do want a boob nap! If you’re finding they constantly want the boob in their mouth and it’s an issue I read about patting/rocking them whilst they are feeding and then eventually doing the same but taking the boob away and they learn to get soothed by the rocking/patting alone
I just go with it, same as i did with my 1st. I just see it as they need a quick top up whilst asleep, xx
