Itâs the bromelain in pineapple (especially in the core) thatâs said to reduce inflammation. I tried it and my son just turned 8 months yesterday! Not saying itâs because ofđ but same as you, I thought why not try? I also made a tea by boiling the core and the skin in water for an hour or so on simmer - I still drink this tea today, itâs good! And I wore fuzzy socks too, you wanna keep yourself comfy and warm. I took a few days off work and basically chilled on the sofa horizontal for most of that. I think that was probably more extreme than most, but I think you wanna make sure you take it easy and donât do anything too strenuous. đ«¶đŒBaby dustâš
These are definitely old wives tales and arenât based in clinical evidence, but if following any of these gives you any more hope or confidence, I say go for it! A few things I did as recommended by my clinic. All have demonstrated clinical effectiveness: *diet with lots of full fat dairy *low dose aspirin *acupuncture *Intralipid therapy *lovenox injections *used frozen embryo, not fresh *yoga *avoid high intensity exercise I also was taking antihistamines per recommendation of my clinic in adherence with their immune protocol, fish oil supplements, prenatals, prednisone, and low dose naltrexone. Wishing you lots of luck!!
Do as many or as little as you want that makes you feel better. Yes they're old wives tales, but they're not harmful, so if it makes you feel good then why not
Always go with the McDonald's chips after! I drank beetroot juice in the lead up and during the tww as that's supposed to help bleed supply. Then just lots of wholegrains, leafy greens and fish things like that all have health benefits
