RSV and flu together?

Hi guys I've googled it and NHS says it's ok but wanted to ask if anyone else got both jabs together and if they felt okay afterwards?! I am 39+3 and just had them now and just hoping all will be okay! Thank you 😊

I had both together at 36+4 and honestly wouldn't even have known I'd had them apart from a very slight ache in one arm that lasted a few hours. Hopefully you'll be the same ☺️

I had both together and was fine, RSV I had 0 reaction too and flu was just the usual dead arm for a few days

Yeah same had them together and was all fine. Just the sore arm from the flu jab.

I had them pretty much together (flu one day and then RSV the next) I was fine, had a few flu like symptoms, but that's normal for me after the flu jab 😊

Thanks guys I really appreciate your replies they have put my mind at ease xxx

@Georgie what advice were you given re having these so close to due date? I assumed I was too late as I’m already 40 weeks and it won’t have time to pass through to baby 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Rosie you can pass it to baby through breast milk so still worth having apparently xxx

I got mine 1 week apart purely to build up immunity for each one but that was just my personal preference. Neither caused me any side effects btw and now baby girl is here it feels soooo good to have done it and protected her teeny tiny body 💕

I had both of mine done at 36 weeks, one in each arm and was absolutely fine. No aches or anything :) x

@Rosie I just got the flu and covid vaccines this morning and I’m past my due date. I was advised to do this but also 1. It’s way better for my baby if I personally don’t catch flu or covid 2. My daughter was very overdue so this baby could well be too

@Holly thanks, that’s good to know. My first was early so I was not anticipating still being pregnant at this point 😩 i do want to get them as my toddler is still in childcare so I am panicking about all the germs he will bring home!
