The C word… sorry!🎅🏻

Thinking about Christmas already, my apologies. What can I get my September baby? He is my 2nd so we already have the likes of highchair, jumparoo etc

I'll be getting clothes and some age appropriate toys! And something like a keepsake x

My sons are very close together (19 months) so I’ll be rewrapping my firsts toys that are age appropriate and be focusing on sentimental presents (Christmas box, first Christmas bauble) and will be paying for days out rather than spending a lot when he will be lying there looking at lights not understanding anything 🥹😂

I was looking last night for my little girl. Me and my partner are getting her A few sensory toys clothes 3-6M and a personalised toy box to keep her toys stored in. She won’t be getting much as she will only be 3M old xx

Considering my maternity pay, nothing. We won't even have enough money to cover our bills! Let alone presents. I had a well paid job until now but SMP is roughly £700 a month. How can we live with this?? We've got savings obviously but those are savings and not money for bills and daily spendings ☹️ So it will be very family oriented, sentiment oriented, nothing material Christmas for us this yr!

My first is also a September baby, and I think about what she might want / need in the months between Christmas and birthday even if she didn't use it straight away. For example - something for summer? Paddling pool etc? Or a walker or similar that they won't use immediately, but might want before their 1st birthday. But equally, as others have said, there's not a lot you need to get at this age x

We got my first a personalised toy box (I ordered a plain one for £40 and bought letters off Etsy so it cost around £50) and we will be doing the same this year for our newborn!

From family he is getting clothes and us he’s getting a fish bubble sensory lamp but mainly as a shared present with my 2 year old. It’s just so he has something and not just my 2 year old.
