How do you dress your bebes for these colder months?

So far I have been putting him in a onesie and then swaddle (halo, nanit, etc). Should I start putting him in a bodysuit/sleepsuit or a romper? What’s your staple outfit for colder months? How do you layer it for bedtime? Help!

I have sleepsacks from Asda, m&s, Sainsbury's! Even boots. And they've all been fab x
