Pump parts / fridge method
What is your opinion on the fridge method for pump parts? I feel like im spending forever washing pump parts after 30 min of pumping then i blink and i have to pump again 😭

@Samantha does the paper towel leave white stuff on it ? Do u have to take it out the fridge at a certain time before pumping again so it’s not as cold ?
Nope! And I just use it straight from the fridge! It feels great😂

Definitely going to try this! Washing pump parts 5 times a day is so exhausting 😂
During the day I wash them every single time. I do the fridge method when I pump in the middle of the night so i can have a bit more sleep.
@Paola i may do this because i always skip my middle of the night pump bc im so tired 😭

I do the fridge method and it saves my sanity. I just do a quick rinse after pumping and wipe with a paper towel and put them in the fridge. I’ll do a thorough clean once a day.
