I’m gonna try fizzy flavoured water

@Rosina I do this already with squash however sometimes I just need that sugar kick 😂 only thing I’m struggling with just making sure I’m not having too much caffeine xx

Ginger ales good x

I'm the same but with lucozade orange!! I had OOHS after my egg collection and I started having one a day as it helps apparently. It's better and not sure if thats the reason but now I feel like I need it to help with the lack of energy and feeling unwell. But I'm not sure if it's in my head. I'm only having 1 normal size bottle a day and then the rest is flavoured sparkling water. I think it's OK as I'm trying to eat healthy to balance it out! It's all about balance. And I find if I drink the lucozade first then i find it much easier with the water after as it's put the sweetest in my taste buds ready 🤣 could be in my head but whatever works hey! It could be worse xx

Your aloud 200mg of caffiene a day a can of full fat coke only has 34mg in. I use to drink 2/3 cans a day as it was my craving through my pregnancy xxx

could you drink the caffeine free coke to still get the fizzy drink hit?

Most root beers are caffeine-free and have such a strong taste that I was able to cut down from 4 a day to 2 no problem. Also helps they're terrible once they warm up and sometimes go unfinished.

Good quality kombucha would have caffeine but at least is fermented, so better than drinking sugar I suppose
