Spit Ups

My LO, 6weeks, always spits up after feeds despite having him burped and kept upright for 30min. Even after an hour he would still spit up and get hiccup. We are very limited in what we can do because of having to have him upright and whilst doing that, he falls asleep. What do you mummies do with lots of spit ups? GP ruled out reflux as she reckons everything is normal.
