Feeding too little?
How much are yall 7 week olds eating? Mine drinks about 5oz every 3-4 hours but after every feed she’s either sucking her fingers or she cries.

How long does she suck fingers or cry for?
My little one has the same amounts as yours and he does cry/suck his fingers after but only for a few minutes, I think their brains just take a while to know their tummy is full. He's definitely still growing and lots of dirty nappies so unlikely to be hungry
are you offering her more after she’s had the 5oz? If she doesn’t take it maybe she just needs to burp again? definitely offer an extra oz and see 🫶🏻
No idea cos BF but 120-150ml if he has an BM bottle
