I suffered SO much with this during my 3rd pregnancy it was awful, and I didn't manage to find any relief for it unfortunately! 😔. The only thing that remotely helped was just going to bed so I could lie stretched out completely
Magnesium spray helped for me sometimes at night, not always. Getting up and walking around hoping to distract myself then lay back down also helped a bit. I had it nearly every night and it is awful!! Even before pregnancy. It hasnt come back after yet though!
