They aren't that far behind which is good news. It would be worse if you had a greater range in size. I had my us on cd9 and they kept me on gonal f for one extra day of growth before epu. I understand being disappointed by smaller follicle numbers though. My last I only had 4 and 2 ended up being too big. Fingers crossed for you.
My last IVF cycle I had 5 follicles and they produced my son and an embryo in the freezer :) x
My number did gradually increase over the days and I was on ovaleap 150 xx

Update, I went from 4 follicles to 9 on my second scan and they've moved my egg collection back to normal, they seem to be developing well, just need the smaller ones to catch up 🥰
Completely understand why you feel that way but numbers aren’t always everything. On my first egg collection we got 17 but failed to fertilise so didn’t create any embryos and then for the second they collected 9 and only 6 were mature. I felt quite defeated especially because of the previous 17 but we managed to get 4 blastocyats from the 6 eggs. Try and stay positive 🫶
