Postpartum bleeding
I’m 4 weeks postpartum, and my bleeding had significantly cleared up but since Sunday it’s been heavy and dark red. Not quite filling up a pad in an hour but it’s noticeably a lot more than I have been. Also have been having a lot of small blood clots with minor occasional cramping.
Anyone experienced this or should I call my midwife?

It took a couple of days, but it did.

I had this. I increased my activity level too quickly and it made me bleed more. My doctor ended up sending me to get an iron transfusion because I was anemic. I’d definitely call, just to be safe.
