Cramps

Cramps are normal :) its just you body changing and expanding x

Although, if they're really bad and you're worried you can always go and get checked out or ask you midwive for advice x

Yep for about 40 mins then it went away, felt like period pains but if it doesn't go away and gets worse definitely call 111 or midwife
