Co sleeping on single bed

Has anyone ever slept in a single bed with their baby? Is it possible? Not all night every night but sometimes? We currently co sleep in my super king bed but my bed is high and my baby has started rolling around a lot in her sleep so I’m scared she may fall off. She won’t go into a cot so my only option is to get a floor bed for her and transfer her into her own room. My aim is to get her sleeping alone in there. She starts off alone in the early hours of the evening and sleeps fine so I think she will be fine but there might be times I have to get in with her hence me asking about if we can both fit in a single at times?

I got a toddler bed guard for my co sleeping baby and it’s amazing. You can get them on Argos or Amazon. They’re not that expensive and eases your mind. Even if my LO rolls around at night (which she does, she doesn’t stop tossing and turning all night) and hits the guard she has never fell off

I have a twin sized bed and me and my 5 month old sleep well in it

I slept on a twin bed with my baby till he was about 2 and it worked good

Put the cot next to your bed if you can with the side off x

Currently doing that now as I have a bed in my office but at night I have bed rails When my son first started rolling I used these https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0070WGV9K?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title It can be used when they become toddlers Once he started crawling and standing I changed to these https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09L5XKWTG?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title They go around the whole bed like a cage You just need 3 pieces. Hope this helps

I have a full sized bed. My baby and hubby sleep on it. I have a guard rail on the side where baby sleeps. 9m

I sleep in my daughter's twin bed when needed and have since she was about 12m

Thanks everyone for the advice, I know I could get bed guards but I think it’s time she goes into her own room. Shes 13 months now and as I say she sleeps fine in the middle of the bed fine when I’m not in it so I think she will transition easily into her own room as I often wake her getting in with her. If she doesn’t like being on the floor bed I’ll get bed guards later for my bed and bring her back in with me.

I'm gonna buy this to connect to my bed so we can have more space in our bed and have a barrier for her and it fold our to a double for when she's old enough
