Self soothing
How do I teach my six month old to self soothe
We are trying to sleep train but it’s not working
She wakes up every night at midnight and won’t
Go back to sleep unless in bed with us
Please help

I cosleep with my boy most nights, but on days I don't, I use one of those warming rice stuffies. Cause he really just needs a "warm body" next to him. But he still wakes every night around midnight to feed, but goes right back to sleep after he's gotten his fill.

Gotta teach during the day tooo put a couple of toys in her crib or playpen with a blanket put the crib next to you babies follow patterns no lights just bottle or toy if it’s light whining let her whine if it’s full on cry screaming comfort them and start again
