Panicking!

Girls I’m not on birth control and I have a nearly 8 month old and we had unprotected sex (heat of the moment) I didn’t realise it was on my ovulation until I checked my app… we’re normally so careful😫 now I’m panicking because I had a c-section and the advice is to wait atleast a year to 18months to get pregnant again😫
