@Rachel I feel like she doesn’t eat enough some days and I feel so bad cause I feel like I’m not feeding her at all 😩
I read a quote somewhere & it said, "It is our responsibility as parents to provide our children with food. But it is the child's responsibility to eat the food that we provide them with". You are doing your job, don't worry 😉
My 7 year old still has some days she doesn't want to eat much or is really picky, it's normal. As long as she's eating a bit and you keep offering regular meals you're doing just fine. If you want you can try to give her pediasure or other similar meal replacements to make sure she's getting all the nutrition she needs. We have a syrup we get from the pharmacy here that is basically a multivitamin with fenugreek added that's supposed to stimulate their appetite, it seems to work.
Mine is almost 2 and we are going through a grazing faze. A trick I figured out was to put his dinner stuff in his snack dishes and put them on the coffee table like I do his snacks. He still grazes but at least he’s eating his dinner
My sons dr told me that kids won't starve themselves to death & when they are hungry they will eat. Ik it's stressful asf but just keep offering food. We had to cut out snacks. I got lots of fruit & made healthier versions of the snacks he likes.
Thanks everyone x hopefully she starts eating normal again soon! 😂
It's their age. Most toddlers go through a phase of not eating.
